The electronic collective monograph Electronic Dictionary of Old Czech. Inventory of Sources and Abbreviations provides
a comprehensive inventory and description of sources cited in the Electronic Dictionary of Old Czech, particularly in the documentary section. The monograph’s design and content are based on the Staročeský slovník inventory of sources and abbreviations (Old Czech Dictionary. Introductory essays, inventory of sources and abbreviations, Praha 1968). However, all the data have been revised substantially to reflect the current state of knowledge. Key changes include refinement of data on sources (location and institution in which the source is deposited, signature, scope and dating, etc.), addition of new sources, attention to newly discovered intertextual relationships between sources, and recording of scholarly editions of Old Czech sources.
